PRAISE GOD! We have our NOC!!! We now wait to pass court and then ICPC then it will be off to India to get our daughter. Our agency said to anticipate 9-12 weeks for court and another 6 weeks for ICPC before travel. So we are looking at Feb. 2009. But I know God can work adn make things happen quicker if He wants to. I would love to go over Christmas break and take all the kids, but we will just have to wait and see what happens. But I am thankful for the great news we received today.

Hi Jill! Congratulations! I just found your website on the IFS board- my heart sunk in Sept. when I read that the NOC was denied- I never posted to you, but all I could think of was your daughters excitement when I handed her your gifts- and I thought, 'no way, Srabani knows her family now- God you have to get her home!'
Im so happy that she will be soon- my hardest wait was from NOC to court- maybe with the holiday coming things will seem to go fast for you!
